Whether you are looking for a quiet place to commune with nature or a space to park your 100 ft RV while you explore South Eastern Virginia, Blackwater can meet your needs.  Full RV hook-ups, large group sites, individual tent spaces and "primitive" camping sites are available on a first come, first served basis.  Please call ahead for reservations. 

Blackwater is a full service campground with all the comforts of home available on the front half of the property.  We have 100+ water, sewer and electric hook-ups with plenty of room for "pull throughs", a bath house, swimming pool and a laundry mat.

The back portion of the land is a beautiful unspoiled woodland surrounded by a stream that flows to the Blackwater River.  There is an abundance of wildlife around the lake and stream.  Deer come for their evening drink and otters "play with their food" on the lake.
