Who will police the Internet?  When ISPs scream for "freedom from Government interferance" and "no regulation", what they are really saying is "we don't want to be held accountable to the people for our actions". The truth is that Netizens are already being regulated, by their service providers; most of whom have little to no regard for the wants and needs of the average user.  Are folks falling for this corporate con game AGAIN? 
Not all of them.
