Because I sent two payments to a seller and the seller claimed both payments I then ask the seller to refund one of the payments, she did minus .53 cents (a charge she says paypal charges her for getting paid)
Now paypal is keeping the balance of the money because it wasn't a "full refund" from seller.  This seller seems to be a cheat to-I have repeatedly sent emails  and I told her I would pay her .53 cents, so paypal would not get to keep my money. I WANT ALL MY EMAILS TO + FROM PAYPAL RECORDED FOR CLASSACTION SUIT!!! THEY NEED TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS AND IN PRISON_I"LL EVEN WRITE THEM!!  JEANNE?    3/01/02
