hello out there, 
 another story about PayPal. I tryed registering three credit cards before I got one on the records. even then I could not pay my account to the seller. I personally contacted the seller willing to mail him a money order. the post office don't take credit cards for money order and being short of cash I contacted the seller about my shortage of cash and appolizied all around for any inconvinence that I may have caused. I tryed repeatedly to contact PayPal so they would accept my first card I used to register but to no success.
PayPal didn't forget to charge all three credit cards their fee. my attempts to get two payments refunded have been in vain.
MY ADVICE TO ANYONE READING THIS DO NOT REGISTER WITH PAYPAL. THE AUTHORITIES SHOULD NOT HAVE TO WAIT FOR A CITIZEN WITH LIMITED FUNDS TO GET A COURT ORDER TO DO THIER WORK FOR THEM. WHAT A SHAME THAT THIEVES CAN GET AWAY WITH THINGS LIKE THIS SO EASILY.
