I tried to add a cc b/c it said that w/o one my account address wasn't verified and they RESTRICTED MY DAMN ACCOUNT.  I can't get the $16 that I put
in FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT out.  I am so pissed off right now.  I sent them the following letter: 

I am reporting you to the better business bureau, the federal trade commission, the Texas attorney General, the California attorney general, my local sheriff's office and the Palo Alto sheriff's office for THEFT if I don't receive my $16 back and have my account closed within the next 4 days.
