In 1996, I bought an IBM Laptop from COMPUSA. I also bought an extended warranty from them. Unfortunately, the laptop starting freezing up and I had to take it in for servicing. Well, little did I know but COMPUSA had sold me a warranty with their service people and not with the manufacturer. Now, 3 years later my computer still freezes up AND my warranty has expired. I have taken that computer in around 6 times or more for this same problem and the service technician have destroyed it more and more each time. I should have sent it to IBM, but when you pay for an extended warranty you expect to have it fixed without charge. Now I've given that $2,500 computer to my child. I'm looking for justice. Kathy
