I am having a similar problem
with Anon and CompUsa.
2. Anon Inovative Solutions, 1-800-305-1302, took two hours to answer the call after I was electronically put on hold. When the information taker routed me to Tech Support, it took another hour for someone to come on the line. 3. All the information about Independent Dealer Services aka Anon Warranty Services aka etc...was found on the internet after hours of searching. 4. When I asked about the company or their authorized repair centers, I was told that my call had been routed to Austin, TX and that they had no information available. 5. I was given a tracking number and told that someone would be calling me back. When I asked when the call would come, They said they did not know. 6. I have found similar complaints about Anon which stated that customers received no call backs and denial of service problems. 7. I will never buy another extended warranty on computer equipment because no matter how good it sounds, Anon may aquire the company. 8. I will make it a point to broadcast this message and experience to anyone who considers purchasing service contracts for electronic/computer equipment. You may e-mail me at any time,
