I was glad to have found your site about complaints with CompUSA. CompUSA has silenced all of its critics except one, and it maintains a discussion forum where "outraged consumers" have been quite vocal in voicing their complaints. I have never purchased anything beyond the simplest item, and some of the $9 mouses they sell will last about a week, literally, but after seeing so many complaints, I have vowed never to return.
