COMPUSA kept my computer monitor after I paid $99.99 for a insurance quote to be done. 
 
They would not let me remove the monitor from their store in Rockford, Illinois on East State Street until I signed the insurance quote agreeing that the evaluation was done and I agreed with the findings.  I disagree with the evaluation so I refused to sign anything.  This is all AFTER I paid $99.99 for the evaluation.
 
I had to leave the store without my property, and out the $99.99 bucks.
 
I would advise anyone and everyone to NOT buy anything from any COMP USA store.  They are thieves....... 
 
I now question what credentials their "Tech" has...... if he has any credentials or technical training, what subject would that be in?
