On 11/8/02 I purchased an hp
printer from compUSA. I was talked into buying a more expensive one because
the salesman gave me a rebate form. Well after setting it up at home and
loading the software, I read the rebate form I received from them. It didn't
apply to the printer I just purchased unless I also purchased a computer
and monitor from hp. I took it back to compUSA and spoke with the sales
manager Vic. He said that he will get the correct rebate for me. After
waiting at the counter for 15 minutes, He called the cashier and informed
her that there was NO rebated for my printer. HOW INCONSIDERATE. NOT EVEN
AN APOLOGY?????? I will never shop there as long as I live, and I will
tell everybody about my unpleasant experience.
