I bought DVD from Compusa.  I am afraid that the DVD dose not work.  I asked sales person to try it before I buy.  He told me that he can not try in store.  He told me that If the DVD dose not work, bring it back, return it.  
I brought back to home.  The DVD dose not work.  I want to return it.  I was told to charge for 15% open box fee.
