Hi  Thank God for people like you. 
I bought my laptop from a salesguy who also sold me a repair plan that covers anything that HP doesn't in October.  The sales guy said this $200 plan will cover anything that HP won't.  He said this plan would cover  even if the cat knocked it onto the group into a million pieces.   The computer coesn't work.  They won't cover it and they said that thier sales person would not say that. 
I have one of thier loaners and I also owe them $900.   They are asking for thier loaner back which they are not going to get back!    So far I'm up to the regional manager and they do not want to budge one bit.  I'm BULLSHIT.   Sheenbean
