another comp usa sucks story my computer crashed at 6 months old brought it in repaired? crashed brought it back repaired? crashed went to the mgr said iI want a new one I'll get a better one more money etc. he said no my computer eas of no value to him!! I said I do not want to keep coming here I said I will tell all the people I know he said there are people who like comp usa so it would not have that much effect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my computer has been there 6 time in its short life stil has issues after looking at all the horror stories I have a bad feeling going to the district mgr is not going to help. I HAVE A LETTER READY TO SEND TO THE HOME OFFICE BUT THERE ADDRESS SEEMS UNAVAILABLE . comp usa has no idea what customer service is They have lost my business . I think your web page should be sent to them perhaps they will see the light.
