I bought
my computer in for repairs on 2/24/99. I picked it up on 3/8/99.
The next day the original problem occurred.
I picked
up the computer yesterday 3/23/99 and, guess what, the same problem surfaces
again today. It is almost impossible to contact the tech department
by phone. They do not pick up. I have to call the floor and
ask someone to go to the tech department and pick up the phone.
I have
reported CompUSA to the Better Business Bureau and Consumer's protection.
I don't know what else to do. My warranty is running out (purchased 4/13/98).
I am without my computer for long periods of time and I am also paying
for an on-line service I hardly ever get to use.
