Aon Warrtany Group refuses to repair the USB port on my IBM laptop computer because they say the piece that broke within the USB port is plastic and my warranty does not cover plastic parts even though they repaired my keyboard.  I must have the only laptop keyboard made of concrete.  Aon does not make money repairing computer, they make money when they say no to a computer repair!  I asked the sub-contracters who do Aon s repair work and they told me that they routinely repair USB ports on laptops for AON. I quess my warranty was only good for one repair.  They ll see me in court.
