Funny story about the techs they have.  When I built my first computer I bout a stick of ram from this place.  After using it in my system and having trouble, I ran a diagnostic program from McAffe that said the memory was bad.  I took the memory back to them and the nice lady said they would have to test it in one of thier systems.  I watched her take the ram out of the anti static bag, walk across thier carpeted floor and put it in a computer that was running !  Well, they gave me a new stick of ram, and I will never have any use of thier tech personel after watching that.
