Subject: Damark wont ship to there Alaska Club Members
 

I have dealt with Damark and have been a member for over 10 years and I am still a member, they charge my credit card every year. I called to make an order and they said that they could take my order but thay would not ship to my Alaska address as thay have many times in the past. Thay would not give me the Darmark home office phone number so I could talk
to someone about them taking my money but not giving me the service that my membership should give me. Thay did tell me that I could have my order shipped to someone else in the 48 states and thay could re-mail it to me. How can a company charge for a service and then refuse to supply the service.
