My elderly mother just got hit on her Chase card by these people. Chase appears to be in league with DMK by refusing to chargeback the "membership" fee as they claim it's "non refundable" since it was an "authorized" charge by the card holder. After Chase was kind enough to transfer my call directly to DMK and I spoke with a "supervisor" there. She claimed that the authorization came from a telemarketers call to my mothers residence. When I asked her who they spoke with she got vague by saying it was the cardholder who authorized it. I advised her that was it mpossible and she then said it must have been my mother. When asked when this alleged call was made she got even more vague about when, stating that it was sometime between November 2001 and January 2002. She then said she would send a request for a refund form for my mother to fill out and they may refund some of the "membership" fee. Right now I'm waiting to see
the response to letter's regarding this matter are from Chase. Other steps
are being taking also to prevent this from happening again.
