Thank you for this outlet!  I thought I was the only person stupid enough to have fallen into Damark's trap.  I have cancelled my "membership" every year and they still charge me.  Now instead of the $5 fee,they make you send back a paper stating why you feel you were charged incorrectly.  PLUS they even go so far as to tell you that they will credit you double if they cannot prove that you agreed to the membership.  I think we all know what would happen if you tried - they would play you the original tape in which you mistakenly agreed - not being able to prove that it is years old, you would be out your money AGAIN.
I wish we would all band together in a class action suit.  I am certainly angry enough to do so.  Their products aren't even that reliable!  Feel free to e-mail me - any of you!
