Subject: Emachines does not honor their promises! Don't buy one of their products.

This company does not honor their rebate.  They claim that the rebate sent to them was redirected in the mail.  I believe that they redirect it to the trash.  I have acutally called emachine and the customer service all but laughs at you while they are saying a scripted..."It is not our fault if you have not made copies of your paperwork...or its not our fault if your paperwork was lost in the mail.   Bottom line...don't buy from this company.  In my opinion, they are unethical.
