The cut-off for Registration will be Monday, May 19, 2008 ... the weekend BEFORE the Gathering. You can register at Blackwater until 5 pm, and you can register Monday evening at Mystic Moon's Drum Circle.  If you would like to know our reasons for these changes, please {click here}

We are going to accept Pre-Registrations right up until the work weekend before the Gathering, so you can wait to see what the weather or your work schedule looks like....but you MAY NOT register once the Gathering opens! 

You can Pre-Register in a variety of ways.

*You can call our office between  the hours of 9 am and 5 pm seven days a week, and register with a credit card.  We will fill out your paperwork for you, over the phone, and you may sign it when you arrive and pick up your badge.
*You can come to our office and register  in person anytime during normal business hours until the 5 pm Monday May 19, 2008 cutoff date. 
*You can register in person at Mystic Moon anytime during their normal business hours until the May 19, 2008 cutoff date.
*Please note that if you wait until the last minute, you may not be able to get through to register by phone.  We're sorry, but we will NOT extend the registration deadline, even if you "tried to call"  If you have not Pre-Registered by Monday  May 19, 2008, either at Blackwater, or Mystic Moon, you will not be able to attend the Gathering (unless you are Active Duty Military)

We will not accept any membership registration requests after Monday May 19, 2008 ...with ONE and only ONE exception .... Active Duty Military Personnel.
NOT  Dependents ....not friends of Active Duty Military Personnel .... JUST persons on Active Duty who were not able to register before the cut-off.  We are making this exception for folks that might be stuck on a base, or a ship, until the last minute and are not able to pre-register in time due to their Military Service.  We've had ships pull in during Gathering, filled with lots of happy Sailors who are always welcome, whenever they get home.

EVERYONE, regardless of what registration method they use,  must show their ID to pick up their Badge at the Front Gate!  There are NO exceptions to this rule ...No ID, No admitance ..end of story.

We can not accept electronic signatures on the liability waivers.  We must have your original signature. 

Parents will be given badges for their child(ren) when they arrive, IN PERSON ONLY!

There will be someone at the gate with your Prepaid registration form and your badge.  You will show him/her your ID  and sign your form if necessary.  The Gatekeeper will note the license number of the car you arrived in on your registration form, and give you your badge.
The Gatekeeper WILL NOT have the ability to register you.  The Gatekeeper will not be able to take your money. The Gatekeeper will most likely be an off duty Police Officer or  Isle of Wight Deputy Sheriff, and if you are not Pre- Registered, you will not get in the Gathering.
